How often should I get my A/C serviced?

How will I know if I need a new heater or air conditioner?

What is a ductless mini-split system?

This is a cooling solution that is very popular for homes without central air ducts. The “split” system draws in air and then cools it. One unit is attached outside the house and a smaller unit is attached to the inside of the house.

What is the lifespan of an HVAC system?

HVAC systems can last up to 20 years. Over time it can become less efficient and have weaker performance as it gets older. Thus, when your HVAC system hits the 10-year mark, your should slowly start looking for a replacement. You might not have any major issues or problems but if you want to save your money and reduce your energy bills it is recommended you buy a new system. 

Do I have to change the batteries on a thermostat?

If the thermostat is not working the way it is supposed to, it probably needs some quick change of batteries. This will help it return to its usual performance. If it’s not the batteries, feel free to give us a call and will come and resolve this issue for you.
